Happy Friday everyone! I hope today is a good one!

I hit my goals yesterday. It feels so good to be running at full speed again (I've been taking it slow after being sick).

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim!

    Happy Friday the 13th! Supposed to be a beautiful day here in Alberta with temperatures way above normal, supposed to hit +15c, normal is +1. Spring fever is in high gear :D

    Hit all my goals yesterday and the scale was down two days in a row so maybe just maybe I have broken through my last plateau.

    Todays goals:
    30 min treadmill 3.5 mph - complete
    walk dog after work
    take it relatively easy, have my first obstacle race of the season tomorrow morning.
    Focus on protein and rest.

    Good morning everyone!!
    Yesterday was a nice day overall but hormones left me feeling like a bag of potatoes. I don't feel much better today either so I'm moving my Friday workout to Saturday and get lots of rest today.

    Good morning! I am glad to be back on. The last week and a half have been super stressful and I haven't been paying attention to exercise, food, or water. Today at 12:30 starts our spring break, so I am looking forward to refocusing.

    Goals for today:
    1. Water!
    2. Make good eating choices.
    3. Do great at our performance today.
    4. Laundry/ clean my room.
    5. Stay under calories(LOG EVERYTHING!!)

    Feeling like everything is much easier than it was last week. Hope that continues.

    Today's goals: (1) get up at my normal early time and prepare something for lunch, (2) eat a light lunch in preparation for dinner out, (3) don't go nuts at dinner out and don't snack during the day, (4) get in some cardio (light-ish, since I have a run tomorrow), and (5) go to pilates class.

    today was a long day, did take a long walk through the mall today so my step count was up. Stayed within my calories and had a mixed spring salad with shrimp, hoping it shows on the scale tomorrow. Have a goodnight
