I am down 3 pounds from the start of the program and im only on day 2. Im looking to lose 10-15 by day 21. What is everyones goals?

    Hi everyone... So I'm on day 19.... so far it's been great. However I need serious help to loose weight and get in shape... I have follow the eating plan on the workouts I started on simple following the modifier. Then on second week, I started to try to make the regular workouts or added a 2 to 5 lbs weights. Now on my 3rd week I started doing the double workouts. I will add an additional week and I have added swimming laps to making ay last 2 of the workout to make sure my body doesn't get use to it. I will keep doing this workouts after my 21 dayjust will be adding more weights and more workouts every week. (Making 1 week non diet with workouts and then starting on diet for another 21 days.
