This is from Hungry Girl- aka Lisa Lillian- I haven't tried it yet, plan to this weekend- could be a life changer!

Entire Recipe (about 16 oz): 133 Calories, 4g fat, 210 mg sodium, 6g carbs, 1g fiber, 1.5g sugar, 20g protien
3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1oz (about 6tbsp) vanilla protien poweder with about 100 cal per serving (like Tera's Whey)
1/3 cup spinach leaves
1/8tsp peppermint extract
1 1/4 cups crushed ice or 6-10 ice cubes
Blend it all up and enjoy!

I made it today - very good, you can't taste the spinach, if you get heavy handed with the mint it will taste like toothpaste - and like all things in life it would be improved by a scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream. But still- very good as is ...0
