Lower pelvic support

Does anyone else here still have some lower pelvic issues? I've found that after a workout, I will be sore down in that area. It's similar to how I felt after delivering my daughter. My midwife told me to take it easy and I feel as though I am, but perhaps I need a pelvic support belt. Or is this still completely normal?
I'm almost 6 months pp, btw.

Hey!
I still have lower pelvic pain as well, but I am still healing.
What kind of delivery did you have? Did you experience the pelvic pain before you delivered? I know I did. It still hurts like crazy after a workout.
It all depends on how severe the pain is to determine what you should do.

It helps to explain what it is and what you can do. Maybe you should talk to your doctor. I would think you shouldnt be feeling the pain of 6 months later...but who knows. I would rather get things checked. You might want to get some physical therapy. Thats what mine recommends if I still have mine when its time for my checkout- but I had it before I delivered as well.0 -
I had a vaginal delivery without complications. Well, I've finally lost that lower pelvic pain. It took me a little over 6 months before it stopped. Now I can exercise without feeling like everything is going to drop out of me. Whew! So glad that's over!0

I had pelvic pain throughout my pregnancy and still have pain here and there. My doctor said its completely normal because it's still healing but I have no idea how long it can go on for. From what I hear and read everyone says....it took you nine months to have a baby and your body goes through so many changes so to expect it to take 9 months to a year for your body to go back to normal but you can always ask your doctor if your concerned.0
