Pi Day pies?

Anyone got a good light pie recipe to share for Pi Day? I've experimented some and come up with a passable apple tartlet recipe that's under 150 calories, but I'm curious what others have.

BTW, apple tartlet: core and finely dice one medium sized apple (take your pick, I like Gala apples), put in saute pan with 1 tbsp lemon juice and enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, dust with cinnamon/nutmeg/ground ginger/ground cloves to taste, cook on medium-low heat until soft (add more water if it cooks off before the apples are done), put one egg roll wrapper in a nonstick muffin tin or mini pie plate, put apples into wrapper and crimp top of wrapper closed over apple filling, quick light spray of Pam on exposed wrapper, bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown. Enjoy alone or with a tablespoon of light yogurt.
