Good Morning everyone!!!
I have been sick for the last two days but managed to keep pretty active. The weather is just gorgeous around here and we were walking everywhere yesterday:) not having to wear a heavy winter coat sure cheers me up.
I like to keep my weekends mild and comfortable and this weekend will be perfect for that

Met almost all my goals yesterday.
Goals for today:
1. Swim
2. Drink enough water
3. Good protein intake
4. Watch carbs and sugar(already almost at my sugar max thanks to blended coffee drink)

Good day all, had a good day yesterday and a fabulous day today. Did my first obstacle course run of the season. 5 km running in snow and 12 obstacles, including log carry, tire flipping, crawling under and over things, 8' wall and a 10' wall, running in tires, carrying a soccer ball between your legs and jumping over little fences. It was a great time and a helluva workout. Completed the course in 63 mins, was anticipating 90, so really did better than expected!!! Was so pumped.
Then bought a new motorcycle this afternoon, spur of the moment. Haven't ridden in years but decided to take a refresher course and hit the road with hubby and friends. It's been a stellar day!
Food was waaaay over today with the celebrating. So now taking the dog for a good walk and then hit the tub and soak these sore old muscles.
