Great morning to everyone!!!
I'm a little late on my posting because I spent my morning working on pull-ups and accessorie lifts I woke up feeling great. The sun is shining, the birds are singing and Spring is here!!!!!
Yesterday's calories were far from perfect but perfection is overrated anyways, consistency is key!!!!
Today is a great day and I'm exited to sit down with a pen and paper and calculate my lifts for the coming workouts. I'm mixing up the rep ranges and weights on all my lifts for a week to get a different stimulus and promote some hypertrophy:) this should translate into stronger lifts the following week.

Yesterday I did really well. I didn't meet my step goal, but I think I got cheated out of a bunch when I was walking pushing a stroller. My swim was great and I am not really sore today, can't wait to get back in the pool!
Goals for today:
1. 700 yard swim(yesterday I did 650 so I'm building up)
2. Water!!
3. Protein to fuel muscles.
4. Stay within calories.
5. 10,000 steps

Good morning all. Spent the morning doing my errands, laundry and grocery shopping now the rest of the day is pretty much free. Sunny but cooler today but still super nice.
Get prepped for the upcoming week, want to stay very focused this week because I leave for Mexico a week from Monday and I know things will go south literally while on vacation. But I will be focused these week and get lots of exercise on vacation to help mitigate the food choices.
Today's goals:
Relax
Prep salad and make food plan for week
Light workout maybe
Rest
