(Melissa waves at the group) I gave up tracking for March, just wanted to see what would happen. I stayed in maintenance range, but feel like my nutrition suffered. OTOH, I have been lifting more with my hubby and on a defined plan so I am also feeling stronger. Any who, I just popped in to say hi and as of yesterday I am tracking again, so I will be setting April goals and jumping back in. I have missed you guys.0

I completed another 5K race today. It was for CF, and it was the best run I've done to date. The scenery was breathtaking, the weather was perfect, the run was smooth, the camaraderie among the runners was unusual, and it was extremely organized. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it again next year.
