Okay...I might have to work on my titles ... LOL

This time I offer you two circuits. I will keep the one from last month and add one...then you guys can choose which one to do or mix them up a bit.

Okay here's the layout this time around
(suggest doing this in easy or medium level...you tough workout warriors can try this on hard...you will feel it in the morning.)

Circuit 1
Perform 4 circuits of:
Squats
Mountain Climbers
Side Plank
Skipping
Reverse Lung
Reverse Crunch

and/or

Circuit 2
Perform 4 circuits of:
Squats
Stride Jumps
Plank
Skipping
Lunge (you pick)
Crunch and Punch

Dial in as a custom workout and have fun :). You pick the warm-ups and cool downs you wish and the difficulty setting.
