Thank you for starting the thread! I have been sick and have not done much of anything at all for the past week.
Fortunately I stayed right around the weight level I was at before getting sick despite not tracking or worrying much about what I ate, so I'm not too far behind! Hopefully I'll get back on track with calories today. Since I want to get to my goal weight (or maybe even a pound or two lower??) before we leave on a trip on April 13, I am going to try to give my weight loss a little extra boost. So, the plan is to cut out refined sugar, bread, and pasta for the next month.
But I may not be energetic enough to exercise for a few more days...0 -

I am so excited that I hit my goal weight this morning!! When I started, I wasn't sure that I'd ever be able to do it. And now I'm thinking I might try to go 3-4 pound lower.0 -

I've noticed that I've changed my mentality on "indulging" . Yesterday was my fiance's birthday so we went out to eat at Baton Rouge, instead of just thinking "I have a freebie meal just have the biggest greasiest thing" I chose something that would fit in my macro for the day (ish) I ended up having a lovely lobster risotto
Also I am 5lbs away from hitting my goal! woo!0 -

Had a 3 day weekend so always forget to log into the group! Also took Saturday and Sunday off logging and just enjoyed time with friends without worrying too much.
Great job on reaching & nearing your goal weights guys! Such a great feeling!
