Any one doing Insanity? I've been watching my husband do it ( I am doing Les Mills Combat) and man it looks really tough!

    ive just got it today going to try and fit it around looking after my 4 year old should be fun lol ,does your hubby follow the 1200? well is it more for men i dont know lol just wondered do we add the calories we burn off with it?
    im alittle worried just watched it and made me tiered lol

    When I do a cardio workout I do add more calories to my diet. He has been really hungry. He also eats most of his carbs before 1pm. Do you have a Beachbody Consultant helping you out?
