PT was evil tonight, I think i might actually have died about 20 mins in. She set a circuit of 3 rounds

Round 1: 1000m row followed by 1 minute rounds of as many as you can do in the minute of pull downs, squats, press ups, sits ups and kettlebell swings.
Then one min rest
Round 2: 750m row followed by same exercises
One min rest
Round 3: 500m row followed by same exercises
One min rest
Finished with 250m row

So my NSV for the day is that I didnt give up and I didnt stop.

    Impressive. I did some research and discovered that without the guidance of a specialist/physical rehabilitation therapist, due to multiple health complications, I will never be able to resume a traditional workout again. quite the shocking blow!

    I'd take good old-fashioned workout, well earned exhaustion any day. but utterly awesome nsv for you, Lise!

    Awesome job! And after reading what you were able to do I am off to do my own workout that I have been putting off.

    Arrh Thanks. I was disappointed I didnt get more reps in each time tbh but I didnt stop which is the main thing I guess.

    Carly hope you can sort your health problems out :(
