Hi all! I am a hard working mother of 4 and I am officially starting a diet and going to work out! Im 30 years young, weight 215 lbs and had three csections so my body is very out of shape. I need all the tips I can get to try and loose this pouch I have gained! I have also started taking a new medicine, topamax, as proscribed by my doc so ANYTHING carbonated like soda I cant drink anymore so I think that will help a lot! Im doing light exercises at home like running in place and leg lifts, jumping jacks, etc... any tips on what I should or shouldn't do?? And I'd love a fitness pal!

Hi!!! Im a hard working mother of 3, and have also had 3 c-sections! I Hate the pouch! Im still trying to get rid of it! I have recently started doing mountain climbers and plank jacks I do them between sets when i weight train or during commercials while watching tv. Ive also started doing sprints on the treadmill I can definitely feel it in my lower abs. I love this app it definitely keeps me on track for calories, definitely watch the calories in/out.0

I am a mom of 4, 2 C-sections. No more babies for this momma, time to lose this weight for good! I am down 26.6 so far for the year. I'm finding it hard to have time to exercise with for kids, youngest turning 1 next week and working full-time+. I am in the middle of tax season and have zero time to do anything, hopefully when it slows down I can be more active. I started T25, but baby has been sick and I'm too tired to get up early. I'm trying to really keep my food in check. I am going to a weightloss clinic on Monday.0
