Beast Calorie Burns

So I typically use an HRM to track my cardio burns (even though I am aware this will only give me a ballpark number doing HIIT). But when I do Beast Vids the HRM is totally useless. I've tried searching and can't seem to find a cal burn calculator. Just this:

Which calculates the cal intake you need for the phases. Which is cool.
Basically right now I am using Beast and Insanity together as a hybrid because I still need to lose another 15 pounds but I am trying to maintain my muscle mass. I don't want to start Beast full on until I hit my weight goal and will then build up from there. But I also want to make sure I'm not putting myself into too much of a cal deficit on the days I do Beast. Right now I'm just logging my Beast days as like 150-200 cals burned per video. Which could be pretty low or too high. Considering Insanity Pure Cardio only gets me like 380-420 cals burned in 40 mins. I'm wondering if weight lifting exertion burns up cals faster or slower then HIIT cardio?
Anyone here have any round about approximate idea how many cals you burn doing say the build chest/tri video?
