THINGS TO DO WHILE DOING YOUR SQUATS TO STAY MOTIVATED!

Just something I wanted to share. So today I was done with doing the 30 day shred level 1 and I was totally NOT looking forward to 60 squats. So I pulled up a picture on my computer for a girl who has legs that I wanted. And I got through my squats in a breeze, I even did extra :)
So try it out..because that challenge is gonna get harder every day.

    It is so funny that you would mention that because I am still in the first 30 day squat challenge that ends on 6/11/13. All I could think of is the advertised picture and I want a tush like that. I feel that I have toned up.
