Having a kind of two way day

This morning started with a large tantrum about the fact that again for 3 weeks straight ive been stuck at the same weight having finally gotten off of being 15-10 for nearly 7 weeks i dropped a few lb the first week on this new plan then stuck again between 15-6 and 15-7. I know I am having to be patient but I get stressed at being only 80 days from Superhuman and heavy as I am I worry I am gonna let my team mate down being fat and out of shape. Ive got the nutritionist in a week so am giving it another week of trying really hard then might see if i can drop my cals 200 if i am still stuck after 4 weeks of genuinely trying. I wouldnt mind if I could see the tape moving but thats not either and I am working my nuts off at the gym for what feels like nothing. Rant over.

But tonight we trained for superhuman and for 20 mins alternated tyre flips and burpees. So my NSV for tonight is 40 burpees and 10 press ups. (I faltered on the last round)

Thanks for the thoughts. Am back down again to 15-6 so maybe just maybe I might see a downward shift this week but am resolved to ask nutritionist to drop my cals a little. Not much just down to 1900

If you've been tracking consistently for a while, you can probably figure out what your truer burn is based on calories and pounds and all. Then adjust from there. I know the formula is out there...just can't remember where. LOL

I'm kind of bummed too. I hate how much of a difference my water makes. I do most of my water drinking before noon. On the weekends, I sleep in some, and so don't get as much water. Running on average 20-30 ounces lower on weekend days. And then I get a stall or a gain. Frustrating...

Only good highlight from this weekend? The costume belt I wore this time last year to the Ren Faire, I have to take it in at least 5" from last year (though it was a teensy bit loose last year by the end because we had to add spacers and didn't know how many to add...)... Might have to tighten the elastic, too. Still not a fan of a the billowing skirts that make me feel as wide as a house, though...LOL
