  One of the hardest things to do is getting the right amount of healthy minerals and the like everyday. Sometimes you get to much but often times we get to little.
  
  Today’s Challenge: Get a gram of protein per body weight!
  
  Protein is one of those magical things that is essential when it comes to being healthy and losing weight. It helps boost metabolism, helps make muscles, bones, cartilage....It is just amazing and often times we don’t get enough.
  
  So you can get protein from meat, peas, eggs, peanuts..yogurt, milk, cheese, beans...There are a lot of ways to get it but it will be rather tough to stick too.
