Favorite proteins

Hi, I'm frequently finding myself coming up shorter than I want in the protein category. Eggs are good, beans are good. What other ones do you like? I've been staying away from meat more, though chicken and fish are fine. TIA.

    A good quality protein powder is your best friend! I use Vital Whey (natural vanilla) and Shakeology (chocolate). PB2 and liquid egg whites are good, too (added to a daily shake). Normally I do Shakeology after a lifting session and Vital Whey after cardio or on rest days. I don't eat much meat, either (former vegetarian!) Non-fat Greek yogurt is another great one. Tofu, seitan, tempeh, etc, as well. When I do meat it's normally boneless skinless chicken breast, salmon or tuna, or ground turkey/chicken. HTH!
