The results here are amazing! I cant believe she did that in 30 days. I almost want to call bogus, but still it gives me hope! I haven't been doing a squat challenge, but I've been strength training every other day, and doing yoga 2-3 times a week. Maybe I should do squats in addition to that, if I can handle it!

I squat alot. Try for 50-100 on the days I train at least 5x per week0
