Really happy with how this challenge has gone so far. I am relatively close to goal so I know the loss is slowing down and I really never expected to hit 20lbs by Easter. I am delighted with a 10lbs loss though which I will definitely hit next week before the challenge ends. Good luck everyone. Roll on the July 4th challenge!

Gained .2kg (.4lbs) in the last week! Oh well. NSV: I fit into a pair of jeans I've kept for over 3 years because "One day they'll fit!" Not too fussed about the gain - these things happen. These things happen.

Good luck to everybody, and don't be discouraged! We are doing such a great job as a community. Only two weeks left until Easter and our July 4th challenge.

    Cheers,

    Good morning Everyone,

I lost 1 lb this week. I'm still having a bit of a struggle to get back into the groove after vacation plus we've had SOOOOO much snow - I haven't been able to walk my normal route as the city hasn't plowed the streets wide enough to permit pedestrians. Well, let's face, I could have walked somewhere else but I didn't. While I haven't been walking, I have been doing tons of shovelling so the caloric expenditure is about the same. This week - I WILL get back into my routine!! At any rate, I am happy to have lost another pound. I am 2 lbs away from leaving the "Obese" category for my BMI - yay!! My stats are:
    - OSW: 230 lbs
    - UGW: 140 lbs
    - Starting weight for Easter Challenge: 193 lbs
    - Goal weight for Easter Challenge: 173 lbs
    - Current weight: 182 lbs
    - Weight lost in the Easter Challenge: 11 lbs
    - Weight remaining to lose in the Easter Challenge: 9 lbs

    Have a wonderful week, all.

Weight at start of challenge: 139lbs
    Total loss: 10.5lbs

I've been stuck at this weight for the last two weeks :(
It's my own fault though as I haven't tracked or exercised (huge work stress, which I gave in to unfortunately). I'm off work this week tho so am determined to get back on track.
I love this group as it helps me to get back on the wagon when when I fall off!!

    11.7/20

    I am going backwards
I loved the first half of the challenge, the second half was not a success for me. This and that happened then I was sick and didn't do my usual exercise.

Never mind, I am looking forward to the next challenge.

02/05: 234.6 - NonScale Victories: feeling great, moving more, drinking water :)
02/12: 236.2 - not sure why I had not logged in last week :) so i dug it up and put it here
02/19: 232.6 - It's moving, I have upped my walking bit by bit. Now to move it more.
02/26:<<<Goal: Daily Tracking and 12,000 Foot Prints without Fail - Plus Earlier Goals>>>
03/05: No Weigh In - Life Happened a bit of depression
03/12: No Weigh In - Life Happened a bit of depression
    03/21: 233.6 - 2 daily walks. Not at 12,000 total constantly - Sprint Equinox

03/28: 234.6 - I have been avoiding walking due to the cold. Yes it is a mind game. I am exhausted from fighting the cold, it aches my body. Not an excuse, just a fact :). Maybe I am not getting enough vitamin SunShine.

I have been planning for next winter. Some type of machine will appear in my home to assist me. I did attempt video work outs, they didn't work. I did walk up and down one hallway at work with many others during the worst of the winter.

I am getting out at lunch, when they do not schedule lunch meetings. I am getting out at night for a short walk when it is not blistering cold.

    Things I am doing well
    - I have not given up
    - I am still walking even if not at the level I wanted.
    - I am still motivated to move forward
    - I am starting an elimination (illumination diet) on the 4th of April with support. It examines what I am eating and eliminates foods that do not support me.
    - I do not believe the scale rules me, it is a motivator of sorts but a low motivator. My health motivates me.
    - I am drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water daily
    - I am still semi tracking
    - I am eating more healthy foods
    - I turned down the CIO an offer to eat what the company purchased due to it not fitting into my food plan. I brought my own lunch, ate it while they ate pizza and brownies. It felt empowering.

04/05: Easter Sunday <<<The ability to say that I met my goals for this challenge>>>
