For those of you who want to participate in the accountability questions, challenge yourself to answer the following 3 questions at the end of every day --

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today?
Did you stay under your calorie limit?

    Not the greatest start to the week but it can only improve!

    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? no (was so lazy I barely got off the couch)

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? No, although with exercise cals was fine
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 75 mins badminton + 8 min abs on YouTube.

    Not so good. Went for dinner at a friends again so impossible to figure out how much I ate. Probably over but never mind
