    managed to do a bit more today :-)

    Wk 1 6x14.5
    Wk 2 5x14. 5
    Wk 3 43.5
    Wk4 - 106.8 + 15.6 = 122.4 so far

    TOTAL 325.6 :)

    I feel back with it again now. Getting ready for Triathlon in May :-) I think after this week I can actually do it so looking forward to it now :-) Roll on BikeApril :-)

    Wk 3 - 36.27

    TOTAL for March 2015 - 90.1

    Original goal - 60
    Revised goal - 100
    Guess I should have stuck with the original amount! LOL
