The title says it all...

Is there anything I can do, apart from purchasing a new phone (which I rather not do... )??

Also, I was charging my FitBit thru a usb hub and the battery doesn't even last a day. Could it be I'm not charging it enough or that the hub doesn't have enough power?

It seems the planets are aligned against me...

If your device is not compatible, your only alternative is to use the dongle to sync with a computer.

I have a Flex. I'm starting to think it was the usb hub... Charging it now directly from the computer to see what happens...
