Good morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend!
I got a lot done this weekend. I hit my goals on Saturday, but not so great yesterday. I did my workout, but pretty much ignored my calories and steps. I did go back and put in everything I could remember eating before I went to bed. I went over my calories, but not over maintenance. So no harm, no foul.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 3 mile run

Good morning everyone!!!
NikonPal you're just amazing!!!
SingRunTing, well done on having control over your weekend!
Yesterday I was supposed to rest completely but ended up spending 7 hours baking and decorating my hubby's birthday cake. All from scratchI'm so happy with it, I decided to share it.
This baby is all chocolate with Nutella buttercream frosting and comes in at almost 800 calories a slice.
I'm all set to enjoy today and kill it at the gym! Back to low reps and heavy weights.
Let's all have a fabulous day!!!
PS. Kenda, enjoy the warm Mexico and have fun in your vacation!!!0 -
danelutza - I always wondered what food porn looked like and that is it -- "from scratch" chocolate with Nutella buttercream frosting!!!! I can turn down most sweets but the "from scratch" is the best - it is all I ask on my own birthday. That is a work of art. Pass along my birthday wishes.
Ditto to Kenda on Mexico -- Tienen unas vacaciones geniales .0 -
Thank you NikonPal, hubby appreciates you're birthday wishes!0

Made all my goals yesterday but one, Didn't drink all my water. Other then falling with my scooter I had a very enjoyable day yesterday. We grilled pork chops had baked potatoes with corn and a small salad. Then after it stated to get dark we lit a small fire in our half built burn pit.
Today's goals are:
10,000 steps or more.
Take the dogs on a walk. (Done)
Drink at least 64oz of water
Stay under my calories.
Post something on here everyday. (Done)0 -
Had a pretty good weekend--met my major exercise goals, got a decent amount of sleep (finally feel like I'm kicking this cold), and ate as well as possible given 2 dinners out and restaurant leftovers for one lunch. ;-) Also did some good meal planning and preparation and finally tried out my new rice cooker (seems like a definite step up from my super cold and cheap one, so extremely excited about using it).
Today's goals:
(1) Bring lunch -- DONE
(2) Get in weights plus some cardio (part 2 DONE)
(3) Get to bed at a reasonable hour
(4) Stay within my calories
(5) Don't slip in the snow! (almost have twice already, sigh)0
