I would say after using MFP for over a year, it helps to log the good days and bad days in order to get a good picture of "why". Some people crave sweets and binge out (me!) during periods of stress. I write notes to remind myslef of what was going on. It also helps me to keep an eye on my sodium level and to avoid processed foods. I am a vegetarian and runner. Feel free to add me.
