Fitbit is "looking"

Hey all - I looked on the fitbit web site and followed steps to get my fitbit to reset...but nothing is working. When I got on my iphone5S, and go to my fitbit it says its "looking" for my fitbit. If I try to manually sync it nothing happens. So this morning, I went to my PC and put my fitbit right by my dongle and it said it couldn't find my fitbit. Ugh!!! I'm feeling so lost without it. It stopped working yesterday. Battery is full, apps are up to date, I've logged out and back in, shut my phone down and such...any other suggestions out there?

I can't help you with the computer, but try rebooting your phone. Sometimes that helps when the app won't connect.

I'd follow the instructions on the FitBit site for restarting your FitBit. For mine (Charge HR) I am supposed to plug it into the charging cable (which is plugged into a USB port, of course) and hold the button until I see the FitBit icon and version number.0
