Morning,

Well the good news (awesome new in my opinion lol) is I upped my weight yesterday and made it through my whole workout without falling over lol. The bad news (sort of) is that I didn't do my morning workout today but only because I wanted to give my body a bit of a rest since I gave it such an intense workout yesterday. This afternoon I'm going to do some Zumba though.

Wasn't sure what I wanted for lunch, so we'll see how that goes. Gonna go grocery shopping this afternoon, and that will determine what I have for dinner. I'm thinking oven fried chicken with Italian pasta.

Hoping I'll have an easy, relaxed workday but I doubt it lol.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus; and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

Can't wait to hear from ya'll today.

~ Kris

    Hello,

There's nothing wrong with a rest day (morning) Kris. Especially since you are so dedicated. Enjoy!

As for me still a little annoying pain. But today I want to do something so I will probably go with some yoga focusing on neck and shoulder.

    See you later,

Good job on upper your weight Kris.
Hope the yoga is good for your neck Isabelle.

As for me, I've had a good morning.
    60 min walking
25 min Aerobics, step, with 10-12 inch step
15 mini Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)

    Well done Alisa,

I did 15 minutes of yoga but my neck was still bothering me to much so that's all.

    Have a nice evening everyone,

@Mrsallen6_11‌ hope the Zumba went well! Fast paced music plus cardio is equal to a pretty awesome workout:)

@Isabelle‌ rest up! Yoga or Pilates stretches will definitely help soothe your muscles and you'll be back to feeling good in no time!

@scrapbookingtm‌ nice morning! Starting off the day well is always great:)

As for me: I got a great new haircut so I was feeling pretty good, and then promptly messed it up with a Pilates workout. No regrets though! Haha I feel good and hair can always be restyled in the morning. Diet wise I've kept on track, and feeling great!
