Anyone know how many miles Just Walk, Mix & Match Walk Blasters, Total Body Walk is? I've been guessing 3, since it's about 53 minutes I believe.

    Hi RejsGirl,

    I'm not sure if my theory is right but I think 3 10 minute walks equals 2 miles. I'm basing that on a 15 minute mile.

    I agree with Ann's theory. I log my walks as miles so I would either do 6 walks for 4 miles, 3 walks for 2 miles or one walk and half of the flexibility walk (omit the stretching) to count as 1 mile or about 15 minutes.

    Trust me. Annofb is the Leslie Sansone expert. She has lots of her DVDs and has been walking with her for years. I trust Ann.
