It's hump day!!
I hit my goals yesterday. Hoping to keep this ball rolling today!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. Rest day!

Yesterday was a beautiful day with the family!
Today is back to work as usual. Hoping all the extra carbs will give me a good pump in the gym tonight

Ola!! Checking in from hot and sunny Cabos St Lucas. Going to be a hot one. Got my morning workout in, strength training leg day. Today we are going snorkelling, swimming and stand up paddle boarding. Food is way out of whack but have decided I will deal with at when I get back and just try to make sure I get some exercise in each day at least keep that on track. Would like to be eating more fruit but I am deathly allergic to kiwi and that little sucker is popping up everywhere. Fortunately they also place it on top of a lot of the desserts so can't have those. Lol
