It has been awhile

I don't really get on here that much, although I have every intention of trying. I stopped using MyFitnesspal a long time ago as a way to track my food and started using a more efficient way to know how much I should be eating, without resorting to calorie counting.

I am getting ready for a weekend getaway in Florida in May, so I am cracking down on my diet. So far, I am doing great. Eating WAY more than I have been, but not being hungry is also rather nice.

Here is a sample of just some of the food I had yesterday.
