^^^ We did something similar to this recently. 6 Max effort 400 meter sprints every five minutes. It was tough and you're getting 1 minute less rest! Good luck!0 -

Ugh the burpee box jumps wouldn't have been bad at all except they started immediately after you missed a round on the death by pulllups (Damn can I get a minute!). My right hand was bleeding pretty bad and I didn't want to do a single burpee. 15 rounds and 10 reps for death by pullups followed by 11 rounds +11 Reps on the burpee box jumps.0 -

My first fight gone bad! 251 reps on a very "off" morning (when I do an evening WOD turned around to a morning, it's never pretty). Given my notoriously horrendous engine, I will TAKE it!0

Just saw this now. No it was DT, women's weight is 105. Usually my gym posts the weights side by side, I didn't notice.0 -
