Any Toddler nursing mamas?

I am nursing my 19 month old son & he has all 4 canines coming in so he nurses like a newborn. Even without teething he nurses quite a bit throughout the day. I need help calculating how many calories I am burning/he is taking while he nurses. Any advice? I have no clue how any oz he is getting. Most of the time it's just comfort nursing.

I'm in the same boat! I breastfeed my 2 year old but not as often by any means. I bf in the morning at night and naptimes and occasionally in between. I have no idea how many calories she's really getting or how many I'm losing. I was scared to cut calories at first because I thought she wouldn't have any milk but it doesn't seem to have an impact. So I'm not sure, I just don't account it in my diet. I'm sure you're losing calories though, especially with how much your little one nurses.0
