TGIF!
I hit my goals yesterday. I got up early this morning and already got my swim done. I have a concert tonight with the choir group that I'm in, so it was get up early and go or don't go at all today. I'm not a morning person, so it takes a real commitment for me to get up an hour earlier. Now all I have to do is get my steps done!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. Swim (done!)

Good morning everyone!!!
This week was a complete "diet" vacation with lots of indulgenceit was business as usual in the gym so no hard feeling here!
I'm feeling fresh and exited to continue on our journey and make the most of every day!!!
Plans for today include training, lots of protein, lots of water and great sleep.

Burned 328 calories doing 60 minutes of cardio exercises, including 45 minutes walking treadmill gym 3.2. mph.
Storing some calories for dinner - Mrs works the church Lenten fish fry and I will be picking up her 84 yr old dad and bringing him to dinner. There are 48 calories in 1 ounce of boneless (yield after cooking) Fried Battered Haddock. I'm hoping to stay within 5-6 oz.
Congrats SingRun on hitting goals and I know danelutza how fabulous you did this week - no wonder you're feeling fresh and excited!

Good morning all. My nutrition has been terrible all week, not a fan of the food so it's been heavy on the carbs and sugar. Want protein so bad...
This morning got my workout in , strength training on legs. Just came back from breakfast and as I was sitting on my balcony inputting exercise I saw whales breaching, pretty cool. It's very hot already and now will get ready to go ziplining and rock climbing then some pool time later.

Did pretty well yesterday--I've been struggling with morning workouts and am continuing to struggle, but I got in the workouts I'd intended, especially the swimming. I also ate pretty well and stopped with the snacking when not hungry nonsense. I think one thing I've been happiest about this week is that I've gotten in some good walking as part of my daily life, which was somewhat curtailed the week before and I know doing less of that is partly why I've been struggling more this winter than in the fall. C'mon Spring!
Today's goals are similar: get in some biking and some weights, bring lunch, eat well and within my calories and log rigorously (easier than usual on a Friday, since for once I am not going out to eat), get to bed at a reasonable hour.0 -

danelutza -- the fish was delicious - but I'm pretty sure my wife is glad to be done with that volunteer job! All done until next years Lent..:)0
