so much weight gain after my kidney transplant in 08....it's so depressing

Hi! I need to have a double lung transplant. It probably won't happen for awhile, and I need to lose 15 pounds before they will list me.0

I'm so sorry!!!! I lost 15 quick by doing 1200/1500 calories a day...0

I just lost 60 pounds so they need to put me back on the list too!!0

I do 1360 a day, and 5 days a week in the gym. Nothing seems to be working.0

Yes I do! I had one in 2008 and it had slowly declined due o chronic rejection...I just had gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight so j could get another transplant....0

I am so sorry you have to go through all that again! As far as groups go....I was part of one but no one ever posted in there so I left it and haven't been able to find it again. Maybe you could post in a few of the general forums with link to the group.0
