found this discussion on tnation tonight, which i like a lot just because it a) acknowledges and b) potentially clarifies some of the wild variations in people's experiences with them durn rows.

the guy's point somewhere down near the end of the thread about how hard isolating the lats can be when you don't really know what that should feel like . . . well, i'll tell you, that struck home for me.
