I thought I would like to start a group. I have a problem with being up long hours at night. Also sleeping one or two hours, then being up for hours.I believe it is part of my age that contributes to my problems. It would be interesting to find out what other members do to help them sleep. When I cant sleep,I either knit, crochet or read or watch t.v. I do sometimes clean my house while waiting for sleep.That happens to be a big plus for me.
