Newish to crossfit

Hello! I finished my foundations in April and have been doing crossfit for about a month now. I'm just looking for some new friends to talk about WODS, maybe throw some tips around, and for some encouragement and motivation. So if you'd like send me a request and maybe a message and let's grow that crossfit network a little bit bigger

I'm pretty new to it too (6 months). So far, I love it! I was only going 2-3 days/week, but recently I bumped it up to 4 (or more). I also switched from evenings (after work) to mornings (before work) and really love going in the morning! It sets my whole day!0

Before I realized this was in a group and not in the public forums, I was going to respond that you should post it in a group. Duh.
Anyhow, I just finished up my six-class on-ramp. Had planned to start the "real" workouts this week, but sustained a minor injury in the storm clean-up effort last weekend. Am hoping to get it going next week though. Probably 3/week for me for a while. Still trying to figure out what time of day works best for me. I hate...no, *hate*...early mornings, so can't imagine 5:30a working for me...and yet that would be the least disruptive to my life...(well, except for that whole sleep thing).0 -
Add me! I've been doing nearly a year now (2 x week) and will ramp this up to 4 x week in August.
I do the 5.45am classes which sets me up for the day!
Glad your enjoying it - I fell in love with it after the 1st WOD.0
