6 days of eating utter *kitten* and ive gained 4lb. But started logging again today with the new numbers ive been given, been and done a shop for food and went to boxing this morning

    Hugs, I love your fighting spirit, Lise! Some times we really need those days of hell to help us remember why we fight. I kind of subconsciously upped my allowed carbs for the weekend because I knew eating my normal foods wasn't going to happen at the fair, and while I didn't track to the letter, my natural food choices took over and I was SOOOOO happy. I did have a small bit of turtle cheesecake (OMG, I thought I was going to have sugar shock from the little bite!!!), and about 15 plain M&M's, and that was enough.... I'm so glad to find something that in the "real world" under "high stress" can still be totally manageable. :) I'm so glad to see you fighting back to get your good balance, too. :)<3 HUGS!
