6 days of eating utter *kitten* and ive gained 4lb. But started logging again today with the new numbers ive been given, been and done a shop for food and went to boxing this morning

Hugs, I love your fighting spirit, Lise! Some times we really need those days of hell to help us remember why we fight. I kind of subconsciously upped my allowed carbs for the weekend because I knew eating my normal foods wasn't going to happen at the fair, and while I didn't track to the letter, my natural food choices took over and I was SOOOOO happy. I did have a small bit of turtle cheesecake (OMG, I thought I was going to have sugar shock from the little bite!!!), and about 15 plain M&M's, and that was enough.... I'm so glad to find something that in the "real world" under "high stress" can still be totally manageable.
I'm so glad to see you fighting back to get your good balance, too.
