In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 0/5
Sleep - in bed by 9:30pm 0/7

I hit the pool....had to change my mind when my mind wanted to crawl back under the quilt. Glad I went...felt so good to be around ppl again, the water and all the goodies that come along with working out. Had to take it easy after because my knees are a creakin'. Made a nice dinner and off to bed now since I've already committed to 9:30pm up above for tonight. lol
Love my Warriors...so proud of us all...

Hearts- good for you pushing yourself to the pool when you really wanted to sleep. that is a very good thing. I hope you got to bed also with your resolve. keep it going.

Hey, Everyone! I'm jumping in a bit late, but I made a decision on Sunday to get back to a healthier lifestyle. So, my goals for this week, 3/30-4/6 are:
1) Log all of my food every day.
2) Exercise at least 30 minutes, Mon-Sat.
3) Reconnect with MFP friends.

Forest-Thank you...I started off the week in the dentist chair for five hours!!!OY!!! It looks as though my dentist will be able to buy a new Maybach!

I'm making progress this week getting back to business. Walked the dogs one day and did 75 minutes of yoga yesterday, getting better at staying in the green, drank lots of water yesterday , logging my food -now need to up the protein....0 -
