Modifications for chip up bar P90X3

I've just started today and I'm doubling up with T25 so I've switched some of the workouts around, though I'm trying to vaguely stick to the original schedule.

Anyway the first one I did was Total Synergistics and I knew I needed a resistence band as I don't have a chin up bar but I realised I have nothing to fix it to that is up high anywhere in my room. What do other people do to get aroudn this? For one of the exercises I managed to loop it around the handle on one of my windows which is fairly high but it isn't exactly the same and don't know how else I can modify.

Any ideas?
