As much as as its not always nice to take pictures of yourself it can sometimes be very beneficial to see how much your body has changed. of course you dont have to share your pictures but i highly recomend taking them for yourself to compare (and even to look at when that cake looks irresistible). This post is for people to share there progress pictures, so far or from the beginning to the end of april. Heres mine so far, one from febuary and the other from today (in size 10 jeans horrah!)

Starting weight: 283 lbs (taken on 2/14)
End of March weight: 271lbs (taken on 3/31)
I'll use these photos to compare at the end of April. My goal is to reach 263 lbs for a total of 20 lbs lost.0 -

I hit my goal weight and then some!
Beginning of Challenge: 271
Goal weight for Challenge (actually happened about a week ago): 263
As of this morning I am at 260! I'm committed to try to get down to 258 by the end of April!
