Morning everyone,

Well I had a fun morning. My husband had to go in to work early, so I woke up with him and decided to do a 30min. workout. I turned on some really upbeat hip hop music and found myself smiling through the whole workout, then I got a quick shower and got ready for the day. Going to go for a run this afternoon, probably about 30 - 45 min. I found an app that will record my workouts and log them for me on MFP too, so I'm going to start using it from now on for my workouts. It's calorie burn seems more realistic than what MFP comes up with anyways.

    Hello everyone

    I had the most wonderful fresh blueberry pancakes this morning. More blueberry than pancake! lol and I got in 45 min of step aerobics. My greenhouse is finally finished and I can start putting my plants out there. I am so excited!

    Alisa, I'm so happy about your greenhouse being ready, sounds like a dream came true !

    Today, me too I woke up in a good mood. I did:

    -20 minutes HIIT
    -5 minutes rows
    -35 minutes yoga

    I'm proud of you girls ! Aren't we amazing! :D
