My boyfriend and I both use myfitnesspal and just got flexs. We've got the apps synced but our calories eaten are not showing on the fitbit mobile app. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. I've emailed both and they both suggested unlinking then linking again. I have done this. No changes. Help please

Fitbit has been a mess today. The problem is most likely on their end.0

I have had problems with calorie sync too. For some reason the calories shown on fitbit were way over what I logged in my diary on MFP. I only log my food on MFP. Why would it be different? In an attempt to sort it out I deleted the food data fitbit had taken from MFP assuming it would appear again after another sync, but now it just shows calories eaten as 0. I have tried unlinking and linking and nothing changes. Google has no answers! Has anybody got any ideas how to sort this out? Data from fitbit to MFP seems fine.0

What I've done when FitBit had inappropriate calories is look at the individual meal summaries and see which were wrong. Usually, there's a duplicate of some kind. Today, I had two lunch entries. I deleted the one that was wrong and it's fine now. To get your food back on FitBit, try editing each of your meals on MFP.
My exercise isn't syncing properly. I may have to experiment with adding exercise to one or both to force a sync.0 -
Ditto's to editing meals.
MFP is the one sending the meal info, and therefore it tags only new data to send.
If it sent all your meals, it has no clue you deleted them from Fitbit. Fitbit doesn't go ask for them, it just receives.
So you must change something in each meal, like add 1 calorie of something.
Then MFP sees there are changes to send.
