Hello everyone! I would like for anyone who would like motivation/ support/ or just wanna tell how they are doin with the month long challenge to post here! Also several of you said that they couldn't do burpees so I have some alternatives for you!

    Did the squats and modified Burpees, Thanks! But can someone explain 15s wall-sit. Is that 15 seconds or 15 sets? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Its been awhile since I've exercised.

    I'm guessing 15 seconds, Kelli. I usually see wall sits as a duration. I got mine done this morning. :)

    So far, so good. Slow modified burpees but real squats and wall sits.

    Have to duck out for a while. My knee has been giving me fits the past few days, and I'm not going to push it, and possibly really injure myself.

    Maybe I'll jump back in once I get a good brace, or when my knee feels better.

    I think I'm squatting wrong lol

    While I do it, my knees are in great pain.
    When I'm done, knee pain is done.
    About 15-30min after, I can feel it on my butt (woohoo kick as.s April!)
    Then that night, next morning etc; my front thigh muscles are sore like I did a killer Leg Day
