    Check the hotel where you are staying and see if they have rollers. The rest of the stuff is pretty much required.

    The hotel gym doesn't. I'll drop into a box once or twice this week.

    On another note, my club bells were confiscated in Hong Kong. :(

    I often spend a week in London and have come to the conclusion that it's better to spend less on a hotel without a gym so you can do some CrossFit drop ins than spend more on a hotel *with* a gym that is 100% cardio machines and maybe a yoga mat.
