hiya just started AGAIN !! Need help to keep me motivated , Summer holidays are coming soon and my jeans aren't getting any looser

    If your motivated by the holidays then that's the same as me but I'm keen not to stick it back on as normal !!!
    How much do you want to loose ????
    I'm going for a stone and get back into my beach shorts :smile: without breathing in .....
