ugh

I went out for pizza with my family tonight. I had a lot of exercise today so I thought it was worth the splurge, but now I feel sick to my stomach. Even though I had preburned the calories off, when I got home I went on my 2nd 30 minute walk for the day. And I ate less than what I used to. Now to drink a ton of water to flush out all that sodium.

    Don't beat yourself up about it! Maybe next time eat the toppings and have a side salad. That's always a good idea...

    I agree... no reason to get down on yourself when you "go off track" as I like to say.
    You just get back on track the next meal or next day or whatever comes next.

    The way I look at it... I've been overweight since college. That means I have been overdoing it, eating whatever and going "off track" probably every day of my life for 20 years. So if I can keep the plan going the majority of the time now, I'm doing much better than I used to!
