Looking for some fresh ideas for WODS involving barbells without running (small gym inside university) for 10 min or less.

Barbara, Angie, Chelsea, Annie, Cindy and Nicole don't involve weights but they're longer than 10 minutes.0

For some, Fran takes less than ten minutes. Or you could couple two movements for a ten minute amrap.0

one of the basic test/baseline workouts:
For time:
Row 500m
40 air squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups (ring rows, whatever.)
Very first class I did this and it took me about 11 minutes. Tried it again six months later and did it under 6. If you can do it under 5, do it twice for time.
I'll do this on vacation (dropping pull ups usually) 5 rounds for time.0 -

Don't know if you are on pinterest but there are heaps of pre made wods for home, no equipment, all sorts of different things. I often have a sticky beak and you can just pick and choose what suits you. I am sure you would find plenty that match what you are after.0
