Spring into April WL Challenge!

Aloha, and welcome to the April weight loss challenge! Now that spring is upon us we have more opportunities to get outside and get moving I know that I definitely need to get out of my winter funk, so here's to spring!!! Wishing you all a wonderful April full of weight loss, health and happiness

If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in April)
4/3/15= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
4/10/15=
4/17/15=
4/24/15=
4/30/15= (Final weigh in for the month.)
Total WL for the month=
The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month

4/10/15=128,8 kg Same number as last week but I´ve lifting weights alot and my trainer told me that I´m building muscles, so that´s a good thing Now I´m doing more cardio and hopefully I will see a minus number next friday coz I´m sticking to my 1360 cal per day and exercising.

Sorry for posting late. I was going to weigh on Wed, but I don't think that it will work as well as I hoped. I also tweaked my calories on Wed because I wasn't eating enough and I was gaining. I wear a Fitbit Charge and have worn a fitbit for the past year and was suggested that I set my calorie level at sedentary and then eat that plus what I burn. I have a job that is physical and lots of walking, so this time around I have decided to change to lightly active and only eat those food calories and then take note of the additional excercise that I do and eat those. I am feeling better about it now. I am going to try this for this month and see what happens.0 -

I think that I finally figured out what my calorie goal needs to be and not feel hungry or frustrated with it. Makes me happy. I know that my losses will get smaller eventually, but I am okay with it because I am working on balance and emotional eating issues0 -

Sorry I missed this month, everyone - I am so happy to see both familiar and new faces getting it done here on the monthly challenge I will be back in action in May for sure! In the meantime, keep up the good work.0

I will post mine in the morning. Had a very busy month and the last 2 weeks VERY stressful health wise, but I'm progressing to figure out what is going on. Any thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated.0
