Morning everyone,

I got up early again this morning, my shoulders were feeling a bit tense so I did a 45 min. yoga session to loosen myself up. It really helped, especially when I felt my shoulders and hips pop during one legged downward facing dog (haven't had that happen in a long time). Going to do a circuit this afternoon and try to do more exercises that will focus on my shoulders and back a bit. My weekend will definitely be filled with lots of hiking, biking, and turkey hunting so if I don't check in Saturday or Sunday, I'm lost in the woods lol.

    Thanks Kris for the encouragement yesterday. All is well.

    I have a very busy weekend starting as soon as I leave this morning. I told my daughter I just don't have time to make the traditional peanut butter eggs for Sunday. She is going to do it for me. So great to not have it all in my house. (I love those eggs but can't eat "just one". So this year, none for me. It's not like we will never make them again. lol).

    I don't know if I'll get any real exercise in but I'll try to move a lot and at least get in 10,000 steps. I have a lot of cooking to do tonight (I am catering an event tomorrow). They will be getting a lot of healthy choices. :smiley:

    Have a wonderful Easter weekend and don't eat too much chocolate!
